TUNNEL PRETREATMENT EQUIPMENT
In spray/tunnel pretreatment is spraying treatment liquid to work piece surface by pump, in order to finish surface treatment process.
Due to tank liquid spray to work piece surface continuously, it not only has chemical function, but also has mechanical shock function. It can reduce treatment time, with high production efficiency.
Treatment tank and rinse tank with small volume, little feeding for one time, so tank liquid and water box can raise temperature quickly.
Process stages
Every process stage consists of a tank with one or more strong vertical pumps distributing the liquid to a number of rinse ramps fitted with nozzles.
Usually, the process of pretreatment is include: degrease, rinse, DI rinse, Phosphatizing(or silane, NANO), Picking(or shot blasting) and so on.
Our engineer will design the suitable process of pretreatment equipment according the material of product, customer’s requirement.
Usually, the pretreatment system is combine with the coating equipment.
